Ever felt like youāre on a wild roller coaster ride of emotions? Yeah, me too. One moment, Iām on Cloud Nine, and the next, Iām down in the dumps. Letās dive into my topsy-turvy feelings, shall we?
Morning Marvels šš
Mornings for me start like this:
- Tired eyes flutter open ā I tell myself, “I’ll be fine after some warm water.”
- A few sips later ā I’m okay⦠sorta.
Then it’s off on my daily adventure around the house. And oh, there’s coffee! ā My magical elixir – it brightens my day like nothing else.

After my beloved coffee:
Brain Hyperdrive Start! – Ideas Flood in, “What should I do today? Where should I go first?” But hang on, why do i feel a twinge of stress
Thatās right, here comes Overwhelm to join the party. š
The Overwhelming Overwhelm š
Next, I get stuck. Picture this: My mind racing, but getting nowhere, feeling like a hamster on a wheel. š¹
- Business blues ā “Why isnāt my business booming?”
- Passive income puzzles ā “Where else can I make some extra cash?”
Questions spiral, and suddenly, Iām feeling pretty lost. Yup, classic “Overwhelm Overload.”
Feeling the Useless Ugh š
This is when I start feeling overwhelmed and, dare I say, useless. Why havenāt I earned any money? Itās a sinking feeling, folks.
But guess what? Itās okay to feel this way. Life is a beautiful mix of highs and lows, and youāre not alone. So, hereās to acknowledging our feelings, whatever they may be!
Keep riding that emotional roller coaster. š¢ After all, the twists and turns are what make the journey interesting.
Scribbling Away the Roller Coaster š¢š±
To help me navigate these ups and downs, I’ve found an awesome method: writing things down.
Every day, I grab my trusty notebook and pour my heart out onto its pages. Itās like having a mini-therapy session with myself. Scribbling away my thoughts and feelings really helps release the tension and, just like that, I feel better!
Once Iāve gotten everything out, I switch gears and start planning my day. This not only gives me structure but also sets a positive tone. Itās my daily scoop of sanity and productivity!
Now, guess what? Halloween is creeping up! šš» To add some festive fun, Iāve got this adorable little Halloween cat illustration in my notebook. One side of the cat is all happy and perky; the other side is grumpy and gloomy. It perfectly mirrors my emotional roller coaster! Whenever I look at this cute cat, it reminds me to embrace all my feelings. Plus, it always brings a smile to my face and lifts my spirits.
If you’re ever feeling overwhelmed, grab a notebook. Jot down your thoughts. Let a fun doodle or cute cat bring some joy to your day. It works wonders for me, and I bet it will for you too!
