Why We Created Livewell Prime
It started with a personal struggle. It became a mission to help millions of women find peace, purpose, and joy.
It Started at 3 AM
I couldn’t sleep. My mind was racing—work deadlines, family obligations, personal goals I wasn’t meeting, worries about things I couldn’t control. I’d lie awake for hours, exhausted but unable to turn off my brain.
I tried everything. Expensive wellness retreats. Complicated meditation apps. Self-help books that promised everything but delivered nothing. Nothing worked because I didn’t have time for complicated solutions. I needed something simple, beautiful, and real.
Then I discovered journaling. Not the complicated kind. Just a simple notebook and a pen. Writing down my thoughts, my worries, my gratitude—it changed everything. Within weeks, I was sleeping better. I felt calmer. More like myself.
I realized I wasn’t alone. Millions of women were struggling with the same thing.
That’s when Livewell Prime was born. Not as a business. As a mission to help women like me find simple, beautiful tools that actually work.
The Problem We Witnessed
